Conserving and Building a Relationship with the Land with BNRC
The Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is adjacent to 734 acres of conserved land and 6+ miles of hiking trails, owned and managed by the Berkshire Natural Resources Council (BNRC). Join us in exploring the trails on a 3.6-mile hike. Along the way, we’ll discuss BNRC’s conservation efforts throughout the Berkshires, including an update about High Road connections in the works. The High Road is BNRC’s vision to connect conservation land and trails to towns. We’ll also discuss the natural history of the reserve and keep our eyes peeled for spring ephemeral wildflowers and other spring happenings! Please bring lunch/snack, water, and wear appropriate footwear.
