Had Charles Darwin and Thich Nhat Hanh met in life, they would have definitely agreed that smiling is good for you.  Darwin hypothesized that emotions can be altered by the facial muscles’ activity. Thich Nhat Nanh, Buddhist monk and beloved teacher, said, "Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy.".  Come to this experimental workshop to discover for yourself the effects of smiling on your body, mind and heart.
